When you download a guide, fill in a form (including a form on Facebook or Instagram), or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, and details you choose to share about your property plans, such as your buying timeframe, budget or where you are moving from.

How we use it

We use your information to send you the guide you asked for, to contact you about your property plans, to send you helpful information, updates and invitations from FUTR, and to improve our services and advertising.

Text messages and emails

By requesting a guide or submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email and SMS. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, clicking unsubscribe in an email, or contacting us.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business (for example email, SMS, CRM and advertising platforms), or with professionals you ask us to connect you with, such as a mortgage broker or conveyancer. We may also disclose it where required by law.

Advertising and cookies
